Returns

If you believe the candles or wax melts you received do not meet the agreed-upon quality and specifications, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing full details of your claim. We will review your claim and, if we agree, will either replace the item, refund the purchase price, or make necessary adjustments at our discretion.

Should you need to return any items (e.g., due to defects or damage), please return them to us with the original packaging and a written description of the issue. We will inspect the returned items, and if we concur with your assessment, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion, including refunding your postage costs. Please note that if a candle has been lit, the item is non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please note, we do not accept liability for items damaged due to misuse or abuse.

When returning items, the risk of loss or further damage remains with the customer. We recommend securing appropriate insurance coverage until the items are delivered to us.
